About Conflict Minerals
 

We recognize the importance of conflict minerals in our supply chain since these minerals are of concern are those used to produce tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold which originate from mines in areas under the control of armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”). These mines may finance armed groups and fuel human rights atrocities committed by such armed groups in the eastern region of the DRC and certain adjoining countries..

 

We Commit

  1. We will not use any conflict minerals which originate from mines in areas under the control of armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”).
  2. We request our supply chain do not use any conflict mineral from the conflict areas. If unintentionly use the conflict mineral in our product, our supply chain need to inform us immediately for us to take proper action. 
  3. We ask for the latest CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) from our supply chain, and provide the smelter list if necessary to ensure the accountability in our supply chain to meet the lastest requirement.
